Yes. Our cattle eat nothing but grass, hay, and natural forage. No grain. Ever.
We are not currently USDA Certified Organic, so we do not use that label. Our cattle are 100% grass-fed and pasture-finished, raised without grain, and we avoid synthetic pesticides and herbicides on our pastures. It's as natural as you can get.
Because you deserve:
Because we refuse to mass-produce. We raise a limited number of cattle each season to maintain top-tier quality.
Beef is an Exempt Item. Produce, meat, and bread are not taxed at the state level within Georgia and Florida.
We dry-age between 14 and 21 days, which produces rich flavor and exceptional tenderness.
At this time, we focus on serving local families. Beef is picked up directly from our processing partner after it has been harvested, aged, and cut to instructions.
Absolutely. Many customers split a half or whole cow among friends or relatives. One person can pay and then divide the beef however you like.
A1: Most families enjoy 9–12 months of meals from a single share.
A2: Well-wrapped beef stored in a good, cold freezer (0°F or below) can easily last a year or more in excellent condition. Vacuum-sealed packaged beef can last even longer, which is what we deliver.
